We are well experienced in performing Phase I and II Environmental Site Investigations per ASTM Standard 1527–05 and the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection’s (EPA’s) final “All Appropriate Inquiries,” rule (40 CFR 312).

Groundwork is well versed in Brownfield remediation and redevelopment having assisted clients throughout the Metro area for fifteen years in this emerging industry.
