Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) are the primary concern in the residential market. Groundwork has helped many owners of residential sites with UST issues. Tight time frames can be addressed within weeks when cases are closed through the New Jersey Dept. of Environmental Protection’s (DEP’s) Cleanup Star or the Unregulated Heating Oil Tank (UHOT) program. Property transfers can go through, as scheduled, once the appropriate documents are submitted through one of these programs in New Jersey. Asbestos, mold and lead–based paint are also concern the home owner. While not certified for these specific facets of the industry, Groundwork can very easily combine the efforts of firms who do possess the appropriate certifications with those within our scope of services
